Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number. You shall be notified about the shipment process and can also track your order with the shipment number provided.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to help you find the right one. Please contact us to arrange an exchange, or a refund (conditions apply) We strive to keep every customer happy and to accommodate every request wherever possible. Returns must be pre-arranged by requesting a return via email and must be approved. Returns must be arranged with us within 30 days of the date of purchase. All original components (packaging, attachments, etc.) must accompany your return. Salon Chrysalis will offer a full refund with original form of payment, or a store credit in the form of a gift card, to be utilized online or in-store.
Exchanges will only be issued if the product is unused, in it’s original packaging, and in sellable condition (as determined by us upon receipt) All original components (packaging, attachments, etc.) must accompany your exchange.
Defective products and products under Warranty will be replaced and/or given a gift card at our discretion, and based on product availability.
If you are not happy with the performance of a product or feel that it is defective, please contact us to discuss a replacement product or a gift card may be issued, at our discretion, as determined on a case by case basis.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Salon Chrysalis when sent back.
For all exchanges and/or replacements, the new item will be sent to you once the returned item is received by us. Just send us over an email at INFO@SALONCHRYSALIS.COM and we’ll be happy to help you out.
Please Note that for reasons of health & hygiene - appliances, tools, hair extensions, and products that are used directly on your hair, skin, or nails, cannot be exchanged unless defective.
